Ask Seattle Mayor Mike McGinn: Seattle City Council is set to vote on an agreement with investor Chris Hansen to finance a news sports arena in Sodo. Is it a win for Mayor McGinn? We'll ask him about it, as well as what additional work remains. Plus, city leaders are proposing new cannabis regulations. McGinn says the plan is "an attempt to better define appropriate operations for dispensaries." We'll find out what that means, and we'll take listener calls.
